The Sun Light

Looking up

I can see the sun shining bright

I ask myself

Is this just a sunny day?

Or is it a message coming my way.

Even though I’ve seen darker days

I don’t let them lead my faith

Because I know if I believe

I will always find a brighter day

So even though

I may sometimes be down

Because I let some clown

Lead me astray

I know

 There is always the sunlight
